At American Vail Acres⁠, our story began with a dream of trading busy suburban life in New Jersey for open pastures, fresh air, and a slower pace centered around family and farming. What started as a leap of faith became a growing homestead filled with cows, goats, sheep, chickens, donkeys, and the everyday adventures of farm life. We’re passionate about raising quality animals, building a life our children can grow up in, and sharing the joy of the farm with others along the way.

From fluffy Highland cattle and playful Nigerian Dwarf goat to friendly sheep, donkeys, and colorful chickens, our animals are at the heart of everything we do. We focus on quality care, thoughtful breeding, and raising healthy, well-socialized animals that reflect the beauty and charm of farm life.

Beyond the barn, our gardens and orchard are a growing part of the homestead. We enjoy cultivating fresh produce, herbs, flowers, and fruit while continuing to expand a space that reflects our love for sustainable living, family, and life outdoors.
